We all have unique strengths. For some reason, no ONE person has ALL strengths and this makes us all depend on each other. Introverts can display their individual strengths as they take on challenges and problems — you know, the ones they’ve been going over and over non-stop in their minds.
I have had a hard time fitting in throughout my life because I often saw the world differently. Now that I am older, I find that different is good and I can use my unique abilities to solve challenges and be innovative.
I love this quote in Now, Discover Your Strengths by Donald O. Clifton and Marcus Buckingham, “If your senses are numbed with delusion and denial, you will stop looking for these true strengths and wind up living a second-rate version of someone’s life rather than a worldclass version of your own.”
So be worldclass!
