There are many personality assessments out there. These can be very helpful tools to get to know your strengths, uncover your blindspots, and discover the best ways to build relationships, and much more. Too often people stop at the label such as introverts or extroverts and don’t take the deeper dive to understand what that label means for them in terms of strengths and also needs. As you understand your unique strengths and needs you can incorporate these into your action plan to achieve your short and long-term goals.
