Perfectionism can cause a person to not take the next step, whether that be starting a blog, writing a book, creating a marketing campaign, making a video, winning the promotion, or taking the next career step. As Seth Godin says, “You must SHIP,” meaning you have to finish whatever you are working on and then let it go and send it off into the world (SHIP IT). What are areas in your life that cause you to worry about being perfect? There are people that need your best work, but can’t wait for perfection. We take a deeper dive into perfectionism and how it can be overcome.
